The most pathetic services I've recieved ever from airtel. And i have made the a mistake to use airtel app to recharge my account. Firstly the app gives me an error at the payment page And then when I recharged for the second time both the transactions went through. And you dont take ownership for it. Why will I buy a pack for 82 days twice in a span of 30 mins?? And when I call to customer service they tell we dont refund but can extend your validity. Man i want my money back!

I spoke to sandeep dhule the floor supervisor in customer support who was not helpful, very rude and he was interrupting while I was speaking.
He was very arrogant and honestly doesnt deserve to be a supervisor or honestly his way of communication is simply not for customer service.
