Airtel connection was a corporate connection registered in the name of Dena Bank, Mumbai. I had blocked both the sims and later put in a request to issue duplicate sim card. The service of Jio was so good that the gave a duplicate sim with an hour and my connection was restored. I wish my complaint will not be taken granted. I am a loyal customer of airtel since last 15 years but now i regret that this is the award you get for being loyal. I have 3 connections, All are on infinity family plan. Since 3rd of aug, none of the numbers have internet connection, no where in india, tried to swap the sim, but to no avail. A service request was opened on 6th but was closed same day, called again on 7th and got the a new service request registered and since then only 3 call backs have been made by airte and everytime the same answer to use a different phone and we will call back in 24 hrs but then no call as per committment.
Last call that was made by technical team was on friday and its tuesday today. Everytime i call they say we r escalating it to network team but no one calls back. If i give a missed call on , a reply is sent that there is no network complaint registered. If i talk to customer care they say the notes suggest that the site is upgraded and can take upto 3 months but i m unable to understand which site are they reffering to as my numbers are not working anywhere in india so which site are they upgrading.

I spoke to sandeep dhule the floor supervisor in customer support who was not helpful, very rude and he was interrupting while I was speaking. He was very arrogant and honestly doesnt deserve to be a supervisor or honestly his way of communication is simply not for customer service.
